Sprinklr: TikTok Catalog Management

Sprinklr already surfaces full TikTok catalog CRUD. This page documents the live UI as of 2026-04-21 — use it as the "what we already have" reference when scoping Upgraded Smart+ Catalog.
Entry point
Sprinklr Marketing (Ads) → Plan → Product Catalog → Create New Catalog (top right) 1.
Prereq: TikTok Business Manager must be added to Sprinklr before catalog creation 1.
Catalog creation — field map

Feed setup
Manage Catalog → Add New Feed. Fields:

| Feed URL | Supports http, https, ftp, sftp (Auto-Upload only). |
| Username / Password | For credentialed URLs. |

| Select Timezone | Timezone to anchor the schedule. |
Manual file upload accepts .xls, .xlsx, .csv, .tsv, .xml. The TikTok API only accepts CSV for feed uploads — Sprinklr transforms client-side before sending 1.
View products
Manage Catalog → dropdown → Products — browse ingested rows and audit status 1.
Product set creation
Manage Catalog → Product Sets tab → Add new Product Set → name + country → rule matcher:
- Match All / Match At Least One of the following rules.
- Field + Operator + Value. Add another filter as needed.
What's not yet wired in Sprinklr
- Catalog Insights (Trending Products / Categories) 2 — not surfaced.
- Auto-generated catalogs (pixel-driven, non-Shopify) 3 — not surfaced.
- Direct use of the catalog inside Upgraded Smart+ flows — catalog adoption still binds to Smart+ v1 path, which is itself being deprecated.
