PSView

PSView is an AI platform for Entreprises de Services du Numérique (ESNs), the IT staffing and consulting firms that place technology consultants at client sites across France. Founded in 2025 by Mikael Sourati and Benjamim Sibori, PSView automates the sourcing, screening, and candidate submission workflows that ESN recruitment teams perform manually.¹ The company claims a 30% increase in placement volume, 10× faster candidate submittal, and a 20% reduction in bench time for its customers.¹ PSView was selected for the Founders, Inc. Canopy Spring 2026 accelerator, running April 15 to May 22, 2026 in San Francisco.⁴

Background

France's ESN sector is built around firms that staff IT consultants on time-and-materials or fixed-price contracts at client organizations. Recruitment coordinators must continuously match consultants from an internal talent pool to incoming client requirements, generate formatted candidate dossiers that meet each client's presentation standards, and submit profiles quickly enough to win placements ahead of competing ESNs.¹

Co-founder Mikael Sourati previously worked as an AI Product Engineer at Bpifrance and as a software engineer at SmodeTech, where he worked with Nvidia GPU APIs.⁵

Platform

Intelligent Sourcing uses semantic analysis rather than keyword matching to evaluate consultant profiles. The engine processes over 50 data points per profile to surface candidates whose competencies match a given role's requirements, including consultants whose availability or skills might not surface in a simple database search. The system handles automated outreach to identified matches.²

Automated Dossiers generates client-ready anonymous profiles in a single click. Smart anonymization removes identifying details before submission, and custom branding can be applied per client.²

Deep Integration connects PSView to CRM and HR systems through bi-directional synchronization with Bullhorn, Salesforce, and custom ERPs. The platform also supports connections with Boond Manager, Microsoft Teams, Whoz, SmartRecruiters, Workday, SharePoint, and HubSpot.² PSView describes its approach as complementing existing CRM infrastructure rather than replacing it.²

ISATALENTS, a French IT staffing firm, is among PSView's early customers. Léa Marino, Talents Acquisition at ISATALENTS, is quoted on PSView's homepage describing the platform as having transformed how her team works.¹

Legal and compliance

PSView is incorporated as a société par actions simplifiée (SAS) registered with the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés in Toulouse under SIREN number 938 769 387 (SIRET 938 769 387 00011, TVA intracommunautaire FR85938769387). The company's terms of service, last updated March 15, 2026, establish GDPR compliance obligations for the candidate personal data processed by the sourcing engine, including a Data Processing Agreement under Article 28 of the regulation.³

Canopy Spring 2026

PSView was selected for the Canopy Spring 2026 program run by Founders, Inc., a San Francisco accelerator and pre-seed fund. The program ran from April 15 to May 22, 2026, bringing 100 teams to Founders, Inc.'s San Francisco campus alongside 400 online participants across software, hardware, and media verticals. Top teams were eligible for up to $250,000 in funding and $500,000 in credits.⁴ Co-founder Mikael Sourati joined Founders, Inc. concurrently as a Founder in Residence.⁵
