Mikael Sourati is a Paris-based software engineer and entrepreneur who co-founded PSView, an AI platform for French IT staffing firms. He is enrolled in the Master of Science in Computer Science program at EPITECH — European Institute of Technology in Paris, and served as a Founder in Residence at Founders, Inc. in San Francisco starting April 2026, concurrent with PSView's participation in the Canopy Spring 2026 accelerator.14
Sourati began EPITECH's five-year MS Computer Science program in 2022, with an expected graduation in 2027.1
From December 2022 to December 2023, Sourati worked as a project manager at Junior Conseil Taker, a junior consulting firm, leading client engagements from scoping through team coordination and final delivery.1
From September 2023 to January 2024, he worked as a software engineer at Fremo Service, building a Golang-based crisis simulation game for hospital staff training under the CTO of IELO-LIAZO, a French internet infrastructure company.1
In July 2023, Sourati participated in ETH Prague, an annual hackathon that takes place during Prague Blockchain Week in Prague. He built a project called "Fair Grants," an open data pipeline to mitigate fraud in permissionless quadratic funding mechanisms — systems used to allocate matching funds to open-source and public goods projects through community voting.1
From September 2023 to September 2024, Sourati served as vice president of Gotta Go Hack, an entrepreneurial association at EPITECH. He organized hackathons with over 100 participants and prize pools exceeding €10,000, and hosted founder talks featuring Y Combinator alumni including Benjamin Netter (Riot, YC W20), Ethan Safar, and Tom Nguyen.1
From September 2024 to February 2025, Sourati joined SmodeTech, a Paris-based visual production software company, as a software engineer. His work focused on integrating Nvidia APIs to automate and optimize GPU settings for production software.1
From September 2024 to September 2025, he also worked as a VC Scout for THE QUEST, sourcing and evaluating early-stage founders for venture capital investors — a role that ran concurrently with his position at SmodeTech through February 2025.1
In November 2024, Sourati won the Bpifrance Innovation and Creativity Prize at an internal AI hackathon. His submission was an AI agent that reduced employee onboarding time from 40 minutes to 5 minutes, earning a $5,000 award.1
Following the prize, Sourati joined Bpifrance, France's national public investment bank, as an AI Product Engineer from May to July 2025, building real-time AI agents to automate employee workflows.1
In September 2025, Sourati co-founded a startup with Benjamim Sibori, initially operating in stealth. The company launched publicly as PSView, an AI platform for Entreprises de Services du Numérique — the IT staffing and consulting firms that place technology consultants at client organizations across France. PSView's platform analyzes over 50 data points per consultant profile to match candidates to client requirements semantically, generates anonymized submission-ready dossiers in one click, and integrates with major CRM and HR platforms including Bullhorn, Salesforce, and Boond Manager.23
In April 2026, Sourati joined Founders, Inc. as a Founder in Residence at its San Francisco campus, coinciding with PSView's selection for the Canopy Spring 2026 accelerator.14
