Sachin Muralidhar is a San Francisco Bay Area founder and the developer behind Thrifter, a swipe-based secondhand fashion marketplace for iPhone.16 Thrifter is his third startup; he reached initial revenue on March 26, 2025, four months after starting it and after two earlier pivots.3 He is in the Canopy Spring 2026 cohort at Founders, Inc.
Background
Muralidhar's LinkedIn lists the University of Virginia as his education.1 In an April 27, 2025 LinkedIn post, he wrote, "I spent all of last summer coding in these University of Virginia Darden School of Business classrooms," accompanying a return visit to the school to run a case study with UVA's Advertising and Marketing Association.4
