Hans Preinfalk is a San Francisco-based entrepreneur and product builder who co-founded Nerdapp.ai with Santiago Sanchez. The company, first launched as Nerd.lat in March 2025, makes AI-generated web applications from plain-language prompts and says it has reached more than 300,000 users and one million messages sent across the Americas and Europe.52 Preinfalk joined the Founders, Inc. Canopy Spring 2026 accelerator in San Francisco in April 2026.4
His X profile, active since May 2024, describes his focus as "shipping AI at the edge of what's possible" and identifies him as a co-founder of Nerdapp.ai based in San Francisco.1
Sanchez's LinkedIn profile says Nerd.lat launched in March 2025 and grew to 300,000 signups and more than 10,000 transactions before the company shifted to the broader Nerdapp.ai branding later that year.5 A 2025 Startup Mexico partner page for the "HACKATON SUM x NERD.LAT" lists Preinfalk as CTO of Nerd.lat and Sanchez as CGO, placing Preinfalk on the technical side of the product during its Latin American expansion.6
Nerd's own documentation describes the product as an AI software builder for complete platforms such as stores, CRMs, ERPs, and other custom applications, with users describing what they want in plain language rather than writing code directly.3 The public Nerdapp.ai homepage says the product later reached more than 300,000 users and one million messages sent, with Mexico accounting for 30% of users, followed by Colombia at 10%, Spain at 9%, and the United States at 8%.2
Preinfalk joined Founders, Inc. through Canopy Spring 2026, the accelerator cohort that ran from April 15 to May 22, 2026.4 Founders, Inc. described that batch as bringing 100 teams to its San Francisco campus and selecting another 400 teams to participate online.4 By that point, Preinfalk's public X profile identified him as a San Francisco-based co-founder of Nerdapp.ai, matching the company's move from a Latin America-focused Nerd.lat rollout to a broader AI software builder brand.12
